Emergency Password Assistance IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
InfoAnywhere Technical Support Staff Have Limited Options To Help You With Login / Password / InfoKey Recovery. Please read through the following ways to recover your password -- if these fail, instructions will follow for contacting support:
  • If your organization is "locked out" because there have been too many failed login attempts, you can try again by waiting 17 minutes after the last failure. If you need access urgently, contact support using the instructions below, and we can reset you.
  • We have a Password Reset Tool that you can use to reset your password. Please ensure you have tried that first.
  • If you are not receiving the email that the system is sending you, check the following:
    • See if the email is in your SPAM folder
    • Check your personal email box, sometimes your administrators set up your personal box for password resets
    • Make sure you are entering your USERNAME in the box on the reset page, and make sure your username is correct
  • If your InfoKey is lost / stolen, we can remove it from your account for you, but cannot allow you to log in again unless we are able to verify your identity through verification from a colleague (see below)
  • Contact your manager or InfoAnywhere super-user to verify your username, and/or have them reset your password
If the above steps have failed and support intervention is required
  • Before being able to do anything that relates to system security, such as password resets, InfoKey exemptions, confirmation of username or unlock after multiple failed login attempts, InfoAnywhere staff need to be able to verify your identity. To do so, we must be able to email you at the work-provided email address that was set up in InfoAnywhere by your super-user. If you do not have access to this email address, we will need to speak to one of your colleagues who is successfully logged into InfoAnywhere. Please have them contact us. Since they are logged in, we can do an identity verification process with them, and they can vouch for your identity. For the security of your organization's data, we cannot help you if we cannot verify your identity.
  • During business hours please request that your super-user reset your password to eliminate emergency service fees..
  • Outside business hours, you may use the emergency support tool by using the red button below - emergency dispatch fees will apply
