This page is to be used in emergency situations where you require immediate or after-hours support - inquiries are usually responded to within minutes. It is strongly suggested for this to only be used after first contacting your internal support resources or our regular support line at (416) 907-3826 (option 2)

This form will send out emergency text messages and emergency phone alerts to the InfoAnywhere support team -- We will literally drop everything / wake up / interrupt meetings to respond to these messages, so please make sure they are truly of a urgent nature that you cannot resolve any other way. Please consider that we are real people who sleep regular hours (eastern time), so please refrain from using this in the middle of the night unless it is truly an urgent matter. Use of this tool will incur an automatic emergency service charge of $175 for addressing your issue. Charges will not apply if contact is made to fix a significant and urgent system issue if the problem is determined to be a critical and urgent fault within the InfoAnywhere software and an emergency repair is required.
