Keep yourself and your team organized by using the countless calendar views found throughout the program. Simply by scheduling events, (such as 1-1 client service, group meetings, or non-client services) using our calendar, these entries will be populated into many different calendar views. Every staff member, client, volunteer and program has its own calendar view, only showing events that involve that person / event. This makes viewing your calendar very simple and straightforward without unwanted clutter.
Creates Recurring Events
Easily create recurring events, optionally with the same group of participants - great for group programs or committees spanning several weeks/months. These will be automatically scheduled out in the frequency you choose, for the number of instances that you select.
Records Hours Automatically
After a session is complete, it will be colourized on the calendar. Once selected, you will be prompted to indicate which invitees attended / were absent, and hours will automatically be created for all participants. You will even have an opportunity to create a case note for every participant!.
Ensure Volunteer Requirements For All Shifts Are Met
Convenient colour coding on the InfoAnywhere calendar will, at a glance, allow you to understand the status of any one of the calendar sessions. You will quickly know if the event has the requisite number of volunteers, whether clients are scheduled, whether the event was completed, etc.
Volunteers Can View Their Calendars From Home
Volunteers can access a copy of their calendar from the comfort of their own home by using their (free) user account to log in. This view will even allow volunteers to browse for events coming up (in which they are qualified to serve) that do not have the requisite number of volunteers, and claim the shifts, directly on their online portal.
Find Volunteers For Shifts
If you have an upcoming event that requires additional volunteer participants, you can quickly send a bulk email message to all volunteers offering the shift to them.
Volunteer Front-Desk Check-In
Using a standard off-the-shelf android, fire or iPad tablet left at the front desk, InfoAnywhere can manage the arrival and departure of volunteers, accurately counting the exact duration of service for any volunteer on shift that day. The system is very easy for volunteers to use, requiring no typing, and only tapping a few times on the screen to get signed in/out. Optionally you can even request a COVID screening on arrival.
