Manages Case Notes
Records client "case note" information, along with who entered it and when. The system upon request can display a chronological listing of case notes which can be searched for keywords.

Including information about the volunteers training qualifications, availability to work, and in which capacities they are willing to volunteer.
Volunteers who provide service either direct to clients, or administratively for the organization can be recorded and their time logged.

Client information is recalled simply by entering the last name of the client. The system will match this name to ANY client in the system regardless of who their coordinator is and display all saved information.

All changes are automatically logged as a case note, whether it be something as small as an address change, to closing a clients case file. Details about who made the change and when are also stored.
Keeps All Relevant Parties Informed
In the event where a staff member is entering an event or a note for a client belonging to another coordinator, that coordinator will be automatically dispatched an email with the details of the note made. This ensures that all case coordinators are always up-to-date on what is happening with their cases.
Manages Contacts Related To Client Care
There are many individuals involved in the care of a client - family, friends, CCAC case managers, contacts at other organizations, medical providers, spiritual supports, etc. Conveniently track them all in one place. For cases where professional contacts are likely to be found serving more than one client, there is no need to enter their contact information over-and-over again. InfoAnywhere provides free online video training (and associated reporting) for selected features - useful for new hires or re-training of current staff.
Each client profile contains a field that, when filled out, will display prominently each time a client profile is loaded. This is ideal for clients who have allergies, special medical concerns, dementia, or complex relationship dynamics.
