Manages Client Profiles, Records And Charts
InfoAnywhere was designed from the ground up to be the central repository of information (including scanned versions of paper files) for all clients being served by your hospice residence.
  
Makes Intake Easier
InfoAnywhere manages all your incoming referrals, logically guiding intake staff step-by-step in assessing and admitting clients into the organization.
  
Manages Admission Queues
InfoAnywhere creates a dynamic waiting list for all clients who have completed the intake process and have been found suitable for service. Prioritization of clients is easy to ensure the clients with the most critical needs have them met.
  
Keeps Shift Changes Running Smoothly
InfoAnywhere creates previous-shift-summaries for all client care changes so staff starting a shift can be aware of the critical changes affecting your hospice residence clients.
  
Creates Reminder Lists For Staff / Teams
Stay organized, maintain accountability, and prevent required activities from falling through the cracks. Reminder lists are created automatically for clients in the intake process and at various other points in the service cycle and are shown to the most appropriate staff members.
  
Manages Care Plans
Maintains the clients care plans, organized using the eight domains of care. Care plans can have an unlimited number of entries per client. Care plan change history is available along with the date, time and name of the user that made the change.
  
Manages Flowsheets
Records flowsheet data in a new, unique way that is much more efficient than paper. It allows for custom flowsheets that are customized for each hospice individually.

Care plan integration means that as you add to a client's care plan, a custom flowsheet is generated for that client to ensure they get the care they need.
  
Manages Medications
Prescriptions may be entered by either physicians or front-line staff. To avoid transcription errors, entries made by non-physicians are subject to our dual e-signature verification which requires another user to verify the transcription. Physicians are prompted with a single-click approval mechanism for convenient approvals of meds and changes. Furthermore, physicians can select drugs from a 'symptom resource kit' list of drugs and pre-approve them for administration at any time to patients, should they become required, without further intervention.
  
Automates Faxing
Need to send a memo, a case note, a prescription, or a refill request sent to a pharmacy, a CCAC, a referring physician or any of your clients contacts? InfoAnywhere has a built in faxing tool which can be used to send faxes - without the need to print and use a physical fax machine! InfoAnywhere also receives faxes and allows faxes to be easily entered as referrals or attached to client files.
  
Tracks Incident Reports
If a incident occurs, (such as a patient fall, security issue, med administration error, etc.) a incident report can be filed directly inside of InfoAnywhere. The appropriate colleagues will be notified, and resolutions can be documented within the system.
  
Volunteer Time Scheduler
InfoAnywhere includes a convenient volunteer time scheduling calendar. Create recurring events with a specified number of volunteers required for each (ie. front desk, gardening, kitchen help, etc.). Easily visually identify which shifts have the required number of volunteers or which ones require more volunteers. Easily email volunteers requesting shift pick-ups. InfoAnywhere even allows volunteers to pick up shifts online!.
  
Volunteer Time Tracker
When using our convenient volunteer scheduling calendar, any scheduled volunteer can use a tablet at your font desk to easily check in/out for their shift in as few as three taps with no typing! Once they check out, the hours for that volunteer time will automatically be added to InfoAnywhere.
  
Generates Printable PRN And Routine MARs

Ability for doctors to enter their orders, quickly and easily, from home or office.
  
Efficient & Safe Verification Of Phone Orders
When physician issue verbal additions or changes to drugs for a patient, nurses can transcribe the order directly into InfoAnywhere. Before ending the call, With the simple click of a button, the physician will receive a text message with the full text of the change that the nurse made. The doctor can then verify the correct transcription by pressing the appropriate button in the message and the drug will be marked as verified on the eMar and medication list and can be immediately faxes (by InfoAnywhere) to the pharmacy.
  
Pain Management Using PPS And PPI
Assists staff in understanding a client's pain status and history by graphing historical PPS (palliative pain scale) Scores and Calculates PPI (palliative performance indicator).
  
Online Training Videos
InfoAnywhere hospice residence training for front-line RN/RPN/PSW staff can be done on site, live remote training or alternatively by video. We have assembled approximately a series of videos which can be viewed online, that will teach front line staff all they need to know about the InfoAnywhere system.

To compliment initial training, optionally, training and initiation support from a palliative nurse is available.
