Get the answers you need to run your organization. InfoAnywhere has a robust suite of reports that can be used to understand volume of service, quality of data input, make program decisions, justify donations from funders, and much more.
The reporting functionality within the InfoAnywhere system was set up to allow users to access just about any conceivable piece of information which could be desired. A very powerful element of this reporting is that most of it is time-based, meaning you can look at a report to see statistics for a time in the past, or view present day statistics. This leads to easy comparison of information to be able to show past trends and to help predict future trends as well.
The reporting within the system is broken down into several parts. Please see the list below, this list links to a few of the actual reports generated by the InfoAnywhere system. Each of the reports below, when actually run from within the InfoAnywhere system will instantly show all the statistics with up-to-date information. The information is constantly changing and always available.
Please note that these reports were produced from the "test" system. This is the system that is used for training, experimentation, and development. For this reason data shown within these reports will be poor quality, names will be "silly", and will be erroneous (not totaling correctly, etc.). Please excuse the quality of data found within these reports, and focus on what data the system has the capability of generating.
Shows a list of all the available reports in InfoAnywhere (screen may vary based on organization type [residential/community/outreach]). Not all the reports shown on this file are available here for previewing. For more information about any report please contact us.
View hours donated per volunteer information as
well as hours received per client. View totals as well as monthly breakdowns. Also statistics by city and function. Mileage & and payouts are also calculated.
For client / volunteer lists that are not listed specifically by any other report, this advanced tool is provided so that you can get client lists based on any criteria of your choosing. Need a list of female clients who were born in 1965 who live in Mississauga and are part of your day program? No problem.
All reporting needed by residential hospices are found on this report. This report was generated by a group of residential hospices in 2010 and was agreed upon to be the standard report to be generated by all hospice organizations.
This tool, for both staff and administrators, gives a quick overview of the completeness of client profiles. The critical fields outlined here on this page will negatively impact other areas of the program if any client has an "X" beside their name. This instills confidence when generating reports, knowing that all the information is in the system that the reports need in order to be able to generate accurate and meaningful statistics.
Shows a list of donors and the amounts over a period of time of your choosing. Shows total donated per donor. Also shows "direction" and "in memory of" for each donation. Totals per month are also generated for each of the above mentioned statistics.
InfoAnywhere has too many reports to list on this screen. These reports, listed by clicking above, provide just about any statistic, audit or list that you could require.
