Like InfoAnywhere for community hospices, InfoAnywhere for outreach hospices was created specifically to serve outreach hospices. This system was designed to be the central repository of information for all clients being served by your outreach hospice.
Having been developed with guidance from Stedman Hospice, one of the first outreach hospices in Ontario, allows InfoAnywhere to not only be an information management system but to provide insight and easy adoption of the proven-working best-practices of this established Ontario outreach hospice (and continues to be modified based on the input from new Outreach hospices as they use the system). For new outreach teams, this means that you will not have to “reinvent the wheel” when it comes to figuring out what data to track and how to process your operations. For existing outreach teams, you will have a chance to reconsider why you do things the way you do them based on the way that other organizations work. Not only will InfoAnywhere improve the productivity and accuracy of your staff, but it creates a consistent way of service tracking and reporting for all residential hospices across the province.
