Maintains the clients care plans, organized using the eight domains of care. Care plans can have an unlimited number of entries per client. Care plan change history is available along with the date, time and name of the user that made the change.
Prescriptions may be entered by either physicians or front-line staff. To avoid transcription errors, entries made by non-physicians are subject to our dual e-signature verification which requires another user to verify the transcription.
