Tracks Volunteer Data
InfoAnywhere tracks all the information you could ever want to store about your volunteers. Not only does it store all the simple demographic information such as address, phone numbers, email address, social media profiles, but also information about what services the volunteer provides, their food allergies, emergency contacts, training and experience, awards, and personal attributes useful for matching.
  
Automated Client - Volunteer Matching
When matching a client + volunteer for service, InfoAnywhere will look at the needs, preferences & attributes of your clients and contrast them against the needs, preferences & attributes of your volunteers, giving each a numerical score. This gives you an idea of which of your volunteers will be stronger or weaker matches for that specific client. Ensures volunteers are utilized equally and clients are getting the best possible match with a minimal time investment from the coordinator.
  
Remote Access For Volunteers
At no extra charge, each volunteer can be assigned a user account. This will allow them to enter hours for service, record notes about client interactions, enter mileage driven, view upcoming scheduled shifts, see news and updates, access your resources and training materials, and (optionally) access basic client information for clients with whom they are matched.
  
Tracks Important Dates
InfoAnywhere tracks and alerts you to any important dates on a volunteer profile. If your organization requires a police check, confidentiality agreement, food handlers certificate, drivers license, car insurance, or many other key dates: InfoAnywhere will notify you if these are not entered. Furthermore, if these need to be renewed after a certain period of time, InfoAnywhere will alert you when they are coming due, or have expired.
  
Scheduling Calendar
Ensure that every last minute of volunteer time is tracked, quickly and easily, so you can recognize volunteers for their valuable contribution and report for funding purposes for the valuable services that your organization is providing to your community.
