Enter your 12-digit set-up code found on the InfoAnywhere eMar setup screen:

New users often experience trouble setting up their PIN.
  • If you are trying to use the 12 digit code found in your settings as a PIN, this will not work, instead, you can use the code to generate a PIN on this page.
  • If you created your 6 digit PINs before 2026-06-01, you will need to do it again, and every calendar month on the first. All PINs expire on the first of the month.
  • If you generate a PIN on your phone or a tablet, the PIN will work ONLY on that phone or tablet. You will need to generate the PIN on each device you want to use it on. All of the PINs you generate will be the same in a given month.
  • If you generate a PIN on a device, but then use a different web browser to try to log in, the PIN will only be known on the browser where it was set up - this is a particular problem for iPhone users, who often use Chrome or Firefox in their day-to-day life, but iPhones often default to Safari. So, if you used the QR code to generate your PIN, and that QR code opened the link in Safari, and you then tried on subsequent attempts to log in via Firefox or Chrome, it would not work, as the PIN was set up ONLY in Safari.

This same issue also affects shared tablets - because some people typically use Firefox, and others use Chrome, if you generate your PIN in the currently-open Chrome window, then later, try using the currently-open Firefox window, Firefox will not know your PIN, and you will not be able to get in until you try again in Chrome.
